KPV
Research tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) corresponding to the C-terminal part of alpha-MSH, studied for its properties in modulating inflammation and immune pathways.
Available in France as freeze-dried powder, in 5 mg and 10 mg vials, intended exclusively for research.
Product intended exclusively for laboratory research. Not intended for human or animal consumption.
What is KPV?
KPV is a tripeptide composed of three amino acids: lysine (K), proline (P), and valine (V). It corresponds to the C -terminal portion of alpha-MSH (α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone), a naturally occurring hormone. This small sequence retains the studied inflammation-modulating properties of alpha-MSH, without its pigmentation-inducing activity.
In research models, KPV is primarily studied for its potential role in modulating inflammatory responses and immune pathways. Its small size makes it an interesting subject of study for understanding how a short peptide sequence can influence cellular mechanisms related to inflammation.
